Description
KCGameOn, in partnership with the Kansas City Royals, are hosting a 5-round online swiss tournament, followed up by a seeded single elimination tournament.
The final four players are going to play on CROWN VISION in Kauffman Stadium on May 14th, 2022 and will be streamed live via Twitch.tv/KCGameOn.
This is a free to play event is open to anyone 13 and up. A Playstation 5 and pair of KCGameOn #91 BYOC tickets are going to be raffled off - To be eligible, just complete all five rounds of swiss games. This raffle will take place live via discord after all games of swiss are completed.
Top 4 prizing:
- 1st place - Diamond Club/Crown Vision MLBTS experience, stadium tour, 4 Royals tickets for 2022 (to a single game) and125k stubs!
- 2nd place - Diamond Club/Crown Vision MLBTS experience, stadium tour, 4 Royals tickets for 2022 (to a single game) and 75k stubs!
- 3rd and 4th place - Diamond Club/Crown Vision MLBTS experience, stadium tour, 2 Royals tickets for 2022 (to a single game)

Rules and Policies
No derogatory, defamation, racist or otherwise offensive words will be used at KCGameOn events. You will get one warning, unless otherwise blatantly over the line, then you will be asked to leave immediately.
Be on time and ready for each round, if you are not communicating within five minutes from designated start time, you will forfeit this round.
Winner will provide the score for both teams, we recommend you take a picture with your phone so you don't forget.
Please read through the complete ruleset, instructions and settings for the tournament in this documentation and let me know if you have further questions.
In order to be eligible to play, the following is required:
- You must be 13 or older to play in this tournament.
- You must have a console(PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One) to play. This console cannot be shared between players.
- You must have MLB The Show22 and required PS+, Xb Gold multiplayer add on with an active, good standing account.
- Internet is required, we recommend at least 5mbps up/down.
- A communication device, such as cellphone, laptop, desktop with camera to take pictures
- A discord account to see and hear tournament communication and post scores.
- You MUST be able to attend the finals in person at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri - travel to the stadium (and any required hotel stay) will be fully paid for by the player.
- Top 4: An Xbox Series X console setup will be provided at the K and duplicated on Crown Vision (the giant screen in the stadium) - If you want to use a Playstation controller, you will need to provide the controller and converter to plug into the Xbox Series X console.
If you do not meet these requirements, please email nick@kcgameon.com immediately to be removed from the tournament.
