Test your skills in a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournament, surrounded by the pulse of a live jazz fusion performance by System Update — creating an unforgettable backdrop as you drift, boost, and battle for the top spot.

All 32 players begin in the main bracket. Place first/second in your match (4 players, 4 maps), and you move on. Lose at any point after Round 1, and you're eliminated from the tournament.

If you lose in Round 1, you’re not done yet! You’ll be placed into a consolation bracket — a side tournament just for first-round dropouts to compete for a separate prize.
